Thank you for shopping with Nexmach Precision. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders will be delivered.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). All parts are made to order.

  • Custom-designed or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. You will be notified of estimated lead times at the time of order or quotation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom only

If your location is not listed, please contact us at sales@nexmachprecision.co.uk.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, where available. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Nexmach Precision is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Damages and Lost Shipments

Nexmach Precision is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

However, please notify us at sales@nexmachprecision.co.uk so we can assist where possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply.

8. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom-designed or made-to-order products may have longer lead times and may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has begun. These details will be provided during the quotation and ordering process.
