Custom-designed or made-to-order products are manufactured to your specifications. Once production has commenced:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all specifications, drawings, and requirements provided.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payments via approved third-party payment processors.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

6. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing (via email) or dispatch your goods, whichever occurs first.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

Custom and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or required by law.
