Thank you for shopping with Nexmach Precision. This policy outlines our rules regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Consumer Rights (UK Customers)

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For standard (non-custom) products purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund, provided the item is returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

2. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom-designed or made-to-order products are manufactured to your specifications and are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun, except where:

  • The product is faulty or defective, or

  • The product does not match the agreed specifications.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or faulty)

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to change of mind (non-custom items), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Inspection and Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after approval:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your card provider or bank, as processing times may vary.

  • If you still have not received your refund, contact us at sales@nexmachprecision.co.uk.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at sales@nexmachprecision.co.uk.

9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders for standard (non-custom) products may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Custom or made-to-order orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
